At Entech Innovative Engineering, growth isn’t just a goal - it’s part of our culture. We take pride in not only engineering creative and technical solutions, but also in building a team where people are encouraged to develop, lead, and thrive.
Throughout this past year, we’ve been thrilled to recognize three standout team members who have taken the next step in their careers here at Entech.

Hannah Scharlach – Promoted to Marketing & Business Development Manager After joining Entech as a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator in 2021, Hannah quickly became a driving force behind the company’s external voice and relationship-building efforts. Over the past few years, she has helped craft countless creative campaigns, brought fresh energy to business development, and strengthened Entech’s presence across a wide range of markets. “It’s been so exciting to grow into this role,” Hannah says. “I get to learn from incredibly talented people every day, build meaningful relationships, and help contribute to the future of a company I truly believe in.” Her enthusiasm and passion continue to shape Entech’s strategic outreach and long-term growth.

Alex McFee – Promoted to Engineering Manager Since joining the team as an Engineer, Alex has earned a reputation for both technical excellence and collaborative leadership. Now stepping into the role of Engineering Manager, he’s focused on evolving the department, strengthening internal processes, and delivering on some of Entech’s most complex, creative builds. “This is a great opportunity to not only help the department grow,” he shares, “but also to put the right tools, processes, and support in place so our team can do their best work.” For Alex, mentorship and continuous improvement are key priorities. “I’m especially looking forward to mentoring and helping others develop in their careers, while continuing to stay involved in the kind of projects that make what we do so rewarding.”

Laura Dunlap – Promoted to Engineer Laura’s growth at Entech has been steady and impressive - starting as a Spring Intern, then moving into the role of Assistant Project Manager, and now officially stepping into an engineering position. With hands-on experience across multiple project stages - from planning to fabrication and installation - Laura brings a well-rounded, practical mindset to every challenge. “Working different roles at Entech has been such a great educational journey,” she reflects. “I have grown so much by learning different aspects of a project’s workflow, especially in how things get fabricated and installed.” That depth of experience continues to shape Laura’s contributions to the team in meaningful ways.
From Our Leadership Executive Director Justin Stehr shared his thoughts on the significance of these internal promotions: “At Entech, internal promotion is not just about filling a role - it’s about recognizing the people who have already been building our future from within. Hannah, Laura, and Alex have each shown the dedication, resourcefulness, and commitment that define our culture. A culture built on Confidence, Competence, Commitment, and Consistency. Their hard work and passion have shaped where we are today, and their leadership will shape where we go next. We couldn’t be more excited to see them step into these new positions and continue driving Entech forward.”
These promotions represent more than new titles - they reflect the values at the core of who we are. Congratulations to Hannah, Alex, and Laura on this exciting new chapter!
