JOHN MARHOEFER
Owner and Chief Engineer
John Marhoefer, the firm’s managing partner and chief engineer, has more than three decades of experience developing successful projects for the entertainment industry. John has an extensive background in many disciplines including structural, dynamic mechanical, controls, and power distribution systems. The rare combination of knowledge and skill provides him with the tools necessary to successfully integrate a wide variety of disciplines into cohesive projects – a vital skill set for creating complex environments, systems, creative icons and structures. John attended Lehigh University on scholarship and graduated with a BSCE degree and subsequently earned an MBA from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College.

JUSTIN STEHR
Since graduating with his Mechanical Engineering degree in 2012, Justin is able to say, “My engineered work has been a part of some of the largest expansions in themed entertainment history.” He has worked on projects for the many Disney and Universal parks, the Daytona International Speedway, and multi-use commercial spaces. For Walt Disney, he was part of the design of some of the water features for “Voyage of The Crystal Grotto” at Shanghai Disney and the restoration of the Empress Lily and its conversion into the Paddlefish Restaurant.
The Paddlefish project entailed restoring her original glory with modern flair and the addition of the paddle wheel and smokestacks. During the construction of Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando, he was part of the development of the show action equipment elements.
Executive Director

IAN GAINES
Ian has more than 20 years of experience in project management, operations management and production in the construction and visitor park industries. Additionally, he is skilled in the fabrication, assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical components and field installation.
His fabrication and integration management responsibilities include hands-on direction of the project management, engineering and production teams, prioritizing workloads, and ultimate accountability for the profitability of Entech Innovative. Ian is experienced and skilled in all areas of the custom design build process and has the depth and breadth to effectively and proactively identify project elements which may pose challenges and devise plans to avoid them. Ian has a proven ability to assess the situation and make effective decisions to resolve obstacles to keep the project moving.
Operations Director

ERIC ROEHL
Senior Project Manager
Eric Roehl has a bachelor's and master's degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. During his sophomore and junior years at Florida Tech, he did an internship with Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, Virginia. There he had the opportunity to do hands on engineering work on Los Angeles Class Attack Submarines and the construction and overhaul of Nuclear Aircraft Carriers. After graduating, Eric went to work at the American Bureau of Shipping in New Orleans. At ABS, he was responsible for the plan review of structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and safety system of ships, barges, and yachts.
After three Years at ABS, he returned to Florida to become an engineer and project manager at Structural Composites. In his 16 years there, he worked on a variety of projects for theme parks, defense contractors, and the US Navy.

ANTHONY CORNELY
Project Manager
Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining Entech Innovative, Anthony was a Product Manager for KAM Technologies. Anthony was responsible for managing the life cycle of products that were being developed. This included design, cost analysis, procurement, fabrication, running an assembly team, shipping and receiving, and customer service.
Prior to this, Anthony was Entech Innovative’s Department Coordinator working under the guidance of multiple department heads and had a leadership role in departmental planning efforts. In his current role as PM/Estimator, Anthony is directly involved in project planning, scheduling, procurement, and record keeping. Additional responsibilities include assisting the bid team with organizing and collecting incoming information to use towards the creation of bid proposals, as well as managing warranty claims and spare part requests from customers.

MATTHEW YEATTS
Engineer
Matt graduated from The University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Entech, Matt’s experience includes working at the Kennedy Space Center as a Systems Engineer for Environmental Control and Life Support Systems on NASA’s Orion spacecraft for Artemis I mission. This role included developing and overseeing procedures for operation, testing, and maintenance of spacecraft, and designing control interfaces for launch countdown consoles. Matt also worked at SeaWorld Orlando as a Rides Technician, performing daily inspection and maintenance on several rides throughout the park to ensure proper operation and guest safety. At Entech, Matt aids our Project Managers in design and modeling of mechanical projects, creating shop drawings for fabrication with his strengths in 3D Modeling and mechanical design.

Ari has more than 6 years' experience in Office Management. Prior to joining Entech Innovative, Ari worked as the Office Manager for GEI Works and One Clarion serving as the Accounts Payable, Customer Service Representative, Sales, Estimating, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and Project Managers as well as supporting all departments and Executive Staff. Ari assisted the Project Managers and Sales Department in following the life cycle of a project to ensure its timely installation and the fulfillment of the project and follow up with the customer to ensure their customer satisfaction. Additionally, she is skilled in creating, formulating, and ensuring the follow through of all processes for organizations. Ari has been given the title as the “lynchpin” to any organization she commits to.
ARIAN 'ARI' BROWN
Office Manager

Francis Gilder has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a UK professional qualification equivalent to a Certified Public Accountant in the US. He was a partner in a medium sized firm of accountants in his home city of Peterborough, UK before starting his own firm where he provided his clients with a full range of accounting services until he moved to the USA in 2009. Francis is skilled in all areas of accounting services including management accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance and planning
FRANCIS GILDER
Company Accountant

Hannah Scharlach is a graduate from the University of Central Florida, with a degree in Marketing from UCF’s College of Business Administration. Throughout her education, Hannah participated in many hands-on projects developing and implementing marketing campaigns, running social media promotions, utilizing web analytics, as well as learning in depth about digital media marketing, services marketing, and marketing research. This experience allows Hannah to think creatively and analytically for the best suited marketing strategies, and her years in customer service prior to graduating enabled her strong speaking and customer relation skills to meet our client's needs.
