ALEX MCFEE

Alex graduated from Florida Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. During his time at Florida Poly, Alex worked as a Stress Analysis Intern at Embraer for the Aircraft Interiors division assisting the substantiation of interior structures. Prior to working for Entech, Alex worked at C&H Merrill Inc. designing mechanisms and machines for the marine access and theme park industries. Alex gained experience designing, building, testing, and installing custom machines for customers. His areas of proficiency include machine design, stress analysis, controls design and UL508A panel design. Additionally, his machine design experience includes various projects involving hydraulics and pneumatics. Together with his experiences with machine design, Alex developed a strong background in facility design with experience in various disciplines including fuel piping, chilled water/HVAC, and power distribution design. At Entech, Alex acts as engineering lead for our projects and develops the designs, calculations, drawings, and schematics necessary for project success.
